The Fight against Malnutrition carries on @ Happy Bar.
Updated: Feb 9
Millions and millions of children & elders in India cannot access a nutritious diet. We at Happy Bar Nutrition are determined to change this. Food prices have skyrocketed since Covid, and nutrient-deficient diets are becoming the norm. We need to take action to combat this problem.

Malnutrition is affecting the population’s most vulnerable – children, the chronically sick, the elderly, and the otherwise forgotten. These groups are at the highest risk for suffering fro
m the effects of malnutrition, such as stunted growth, developmental delays, and chronic illness.
We humbly ask you to join our team as we take part in this fight as one, big Happy Bar family. Our team members are Clare Augustine, Co-creator of the organization, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition, Jack Kennedy, Co-creator, who has extensive experience in the distribution of food aid in developing countries, Arun Augustine, our Asia Rep, who is responsible for ensuring that our protein bars are manufactured and reach the children who need them most and Joanne Seaton, Asia Rep, who wears many hats and is responsible for multimedia, finance and marketing.
"Happy Bar serves as a reminder that someone out there loves you" - Boing the Ostrich
Happy Bar is committed to addressing malnutrition one bar at a time. We believe that every human deserves access to a nutritious diet, and we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Our protein bars are designed to provide the essential nutrients that children, in particular, need to grow and thrive.
Malnutrition, and more specifically - protein deficiency, can be devastating to a growing child – both physically and mentally. A protein supplement wrapped with love, in a present-like fashion - featuring our beloved mascot ‘Boing’ has the ability to drastically change a malnourished child’s life. And, by providing these bars to a child in need, you have the ability to make a real difference in their life.

We are proud of the work we do, and we are committed to making a real difference in the lives of the underserved and malnourished. We believe that through our efforts and your support, we can make a real impact on the lives of these children and improve their health and educational opportunities.
We invite you to stay connected with us through our website (happybarnutrition.org), blog (happybarnutrition.org/blog) and social media channels (Instagram/Facebook), where we will be sharing updates, spreading goodwill, and focusing our purpose. We also encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or ideas you may have. We value your input and support!!!
As a community, we look forward to working together to make a real difference in the lives of the underserved, malnourished, and the sick.
Together, we can make a difference.
